News Update: 01/26/2009 New Boy Scout Health and medical Record
Get prepared for a new Health and Medical Record that will require annual visits to a doctor in order to attend summer camps or high adventures. The new form will be required for all scouting activities beginning January 1, 2010. BSA is recommending that everyone begin using the form immediately, although those Scouts and Adults under the age of 40 who have an existing Class 2 or Class 3 form that is not three years old by December 31, 2009 can continue to use that form. Any Scout requiring a new physical exam for activities in 2009 can still use the old Class 2/3 form but it will only remain valid until December 31, 2009.
